GENERAL INFORMATION
The Courtyard is situated in the centre of Horsham, offering easy access to the major shops, is directly opposite the bus station and within a short walk of the train station and also offers on-site car parking and bike racks.
The 24 serviced office suites range from 90sqft to 260sqft.
 Suites are available on flexible licences. The licence fee is fully inclusive of business rates, stamp duty, air-conditioning, lighting, maintenance, building repairs and insurance, window and office cleaning, 24-hour access and furniture.
All offices are fully carpeted and equipped with desks, chairs, filing cabinets, waste bins and window blinds.
Kitchen and bathroom facilities are located on each floor , and a shower located on the ground floor . Each office suite is individually alarmed, and the entrances and car park are covered by CCTV.
Reception is manned 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, where full business and secretarial support services are available, including telephone answering, postal services and word processing.
